The
Total nominees on the Board of trustees shall be seven -
7, under the following pattern. |
|
|
|
The Mahant swami of Shree Nar-Narayan Dev
Swaminarayan temple shall be an ex-office and life
time trustee on the Board. |
|
|
One Grahasthi (House Holder) Trustee
from Bhuj
Swaminarayan Trust shall be decided by Shri Nar Narayan Dev Swaminarayan Temple on the Board of
Trustees for the period of five years. |
|
|
Due to the end of the return or due to death or
due to Resignation or any other reason, this post
falls vacant, Shree Nar-Narayan Dev Trust can
nominee
such Trustee to fill up that post, (See clause -1) |
|
|
Two
saints from any of the mandals of various sant
mandals of Shree Bhuj Swaminarayan Temple can be
appointed by Shree Nar Narayan Dev Trust - Bhuj for
the term of five years. |
|
|
Due to end of their term or due to death or due
to Resignation or any other reason the posts falling
vacant, Shree Nar Narayan Dev Trust can appoint a
new trustee, to fill up these posts. |
|
|
The Mahant swami of Shree Nar Narayan Dev Trust -
Bhuj shall appoint three house holder members
(Gruhasthies) as per the Clause - 5 of the
Constitution as the trustees for the term of five
(5) years. The General Body shall appoint 3 (three) members for
every 5 - five
years with the permission of Mahant Swamiji shree. |

Within the duration of term, due to death,
resignation or any other reason, any post falls
vacant it can be filled in form the ordinary members
with the permission of Mahant Swami Shree. |
|
|
|
CO-OPT
MEMBER |
|
If
the Board Trustees feels it necessary, they can appoint
any special person, such as Technocrat, Administrator,
Executive or any suitable person as a co-opt member and
such Co-opt members can be three persons at the most, and
for the specific time limit and period only. Such Co-opt
members shall not hold any kind of office bearer post. |

OFFICE
BEARERS |
|
The
Office Bearers of this Institute shall be a under. |
|
|
PRESIDENT:-
The Mahant Swamiji of Shri Nar-Narayan Dev Temple Bhuj
shall be invariably the President, by virtue of his post. |
|
|
The
other office bearers shall be Vice-President, Secretary
& Treasurer. |
|
|
With
the permission of the President, other members of the
trust shall appoint
their office bearers from themselves. Their term shall be
for the period of five years. |
|
|
Within
the term, due to death, Resignation or any other reason,
any post falls Vacant the Board of Trustees can fill that
post, from the members of the Board with the permission of
the President. |
|
